Poppy Delevingne likes stylish things

Freshly engaged British model Poppy Delevingne likes to indulge in stylish pleasures in her home. 

 

The 26-year-old model - who got engaged to her fiance James Cook this week - has refined tastes and says she likes to relax by filling her home with glamorous items and scents. 

 

When asked about her most stylish indulgences, Poppy told British Elle: "A million things. Red Roses perfume by Jo Malone, old musty cigars, window boxes of fresh jasmine, my fiance's neck, Chanel Coco Mademoiselle body oil, time to yourself and linen bed sheets." 

Poppy also revealed she likes to mix up her London home's decor by accumulating beautiful items from different parts of the world.

 

She explained: "My home has a split personality. Some of the rooms are very French antique. Think Aubusson rugs, turquoise ceramic jugs, sandbag pillows, and broken birdcages. The other half is very Aztec. Neon ikat fabric pillows, vintage books piled up to the ceiling, and shutters from Bali. You could say I'm a bit of a nomad."

 

Poppy's engagement catered to her refined tastes since the star's long-term beau James proposed with the aid of bespoke Anya Hindmarch jewellery. 

 

The Chanel model posted a picture on twitter of a red leather jewellery box with "Will You Marry Me?" emblazoned inside it and pictures of the couple lining the bottom.

 

She wrote: "Errr YES... #happiestdayofmylife!"
