London Collections: Men announce their new line-up

London Collections: Men have announced the new line-up for their second autumn/winter 2013-14 event, which will include newcomer British brand Hardy Amies.

 

The menswear fashion week event - whose inaugural showcase was hosted by the Prince of Wales in June - has released the hotly-anticipated names of the brands that will appear in their catwalk shows from January 7 to 9, 2013.

 

Dylan Jones, Chairman of LC:M and editor of GQ magazine, told British VOGUE: "All of us involved in the first London Collections: Men were overwhelmed by the response to the first week in June, especially from an international perspective. We have had even more enthusiasm and support for the second season, and we are all looking forward to January being bigger and better than last time."

 

British brand Hardy Amies will make its first appearance in the schedule after its mainline menswear collection grew in success over the course of Milan fashion week.

 

Burberry, Belstaff and Dunhill are just some of the 50 plus menswear designers returning for a second time to show off their new lines.

 

Womenswear-focused designers like Christopher Kane, Jonathan Saunders and Richard Nicoll will also have the opportunity to reveal their men's clothing.
