Kelly Brook: Getting older terrifies me
The 33-year-old British belle, Kelly Brook finds the ageing process "terrifying" but she makes sure she looks after her skin to stop the wrinkles.
She said: "It's pretty terrifying. But I guess the great thing about getting older is you can approach life in a confident way, as you're more experienced.
Speaking of her beauty regime, she added:
"Facials are important, I have a massage and cleanse every three weeks. I use Linda Meredith and Yonka skincare ranges. They're quite expensive, but I think it's important to invest in good-quality products and ingredients."
Kelly has also been taking care of her body and has been sensible with what she is eating.
She told LOOK magazine: "I've been good over the last few weeks and worked out a lot. I've cut sugar out and feel better for it. I just have to have a little bit of what I fancy - everything in moderation."
