Jennifer Lawrence to star in Dior campaign
The US actress Jennifer Lawrence will be fronting a new campaign for Miss Dior handbags from March 2013, replacing another actress Mila Kunis.
The ‘Hunger Games’ star Jennifer is delighted to be representing the iconic brand.
She said: "It's such a dream to represent an iconic brand that is synonymous with high fashion."
Jennifer - who is dating actor Nicholas Hoult – is making steady progress in the fashion world and gracing the cover of American’s W magazine as well as appearing in British Vogue's November edition this year and in American Vogue in their September issue.
The 22-year-old beauty recently stated she was "tired" of seeing Hollywood women look like "lollipops" with big heads on stick thin bodies, and said she would not lose weight to conform.
She said: "Oh god, yes, I'm so tired of the lollipops. I mean, if I looked like that I wouldn't be tired of it, obviously, but it's hilarious, the way I'm supposedly the overweight one.
"Like, they (the paparazzi) got me at the movies yesterday and the caption read something like, 'Curvy star cannot wait to dig into a tub of popcorn'. I mean come on! I'm just a normal girl who likes to eat!"
