Dita Von Teese dyes her hair regularly
The famous burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese dyes her tresses every two weeks as she is a natural blonde but prefers her raven locks.
She said: "I'm a natural blonde, but I prefer being dark. I dye my hair every two weeks - I do it myself. But I only wash my hair every two or three days, so my colour doesn't fade."
The 40-year-old star also doesn't like to leave the house without her trademark red lips, but admits it means she can't do certain things and has to stay disciplined in the name of fashion.
Dita - who is known for her glamorous image - told Now magazine: "I always wear a lip liner base before I slick on my lipstick, so it doesn't slip off. You have to be wary of your lipstick when you wear red - you can't really eat cheeseburgers and still keep it in place. Discipline is required!"
