British Vogue will launch a new Miss Vogue magazine for younger women who "love experimenting with fashion and beauty", set to be released in May.
Editor Alexandra Shulman told Vogue.co.uk: "All of us are really excited at the opportunity to create a slightly different Vogue for this readership. We know how much that they love the magazine and so I wanted to produce something that would have bespoke content for a younger audience."
Vogue fashion editor Francesca Burns also shared the big news, tweeting: "Working on Miss Vogue this afternoon - yes you heard correctly @BritishVogue are launching a teen edition in May #MISSVOGUE exciting times!(sic)"
It is hoped Miss Vogue will have an original and refreshing outlook on fashion, along with the "intelligence and authority" of their 124-page mother magazine.
Vogue have a strict policy which states they will not hire models under the age of 16 for their photoshoots, but it is not yet known whether the Miss edition will follow in its footsteps.
The first edition will come as a double package with the June issue free of charge.
Vogue publisher Conde Nast launched their US version Teen Vogue in 2003.
