Ashley Roberts chooses seamless lingerie
The former Pussycat Doll singer and dancer Ashley Roberts claims her pet hate is un uncomfortable underwear so she always tries to buy seamless lingerie.
Speaking to Look magazine, Ashley said: "Good underwear won't let you down and I always go for seamless undies. I hate it when you get pants that really dig in, it just creates extra lines and bulk that makes you look bigger."
The 'Dancing On Ice' judge is an exercise junkie and insists she really enjoys working up a sweat because it gives her a fell-good rush of endorphins.
"I work out a lot, but I really enjoy it. Ever since I was a little girl I've always been active, so it's just in me to keep healthy and I love the endorphin rush it gives. I love yoga for stretching and keeping my body soul aligned. I work out four times a week.
